Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

100%! At Farah Odish Cosmetics, we don't believe that our products should ever be at the expense of any other livelihood or of the environment. We are pleased to announce that all our cosmetics are completely vegan, and produced in a cruelty-free manner so that we can enjoy our makeup guilt-free!

Do you ship internationally or only within Australia?

We are happy to announce that our products are available WORLD WIDE! That means that you can have access to us from whichever side of the world you are from, and start getting your glam on!

What are your shipping rates?

Within Australia: 

STANDARD SHIPPING: $7.95 AUD

EXPRESS SHIPPING: $10.95 AUD

International:

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: $17.95

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60 within Australia and orders over $90 internationally! All prices are listed in Australian dollars. Please convert price shown to your local currency, to get your correct rate!

I've placed my order.. what's next?!

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 3 business days for processing your order before it is shipped. We will send you an email with your tracking information once the product has been shipped. Then, the countdown begins! For all our Australian beauties, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. For all our International beauties, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. 

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been sent, it automatically gets sent to processing and packing so unfortunately we are unable to change your order! Please email us at farahodishcosmetics@outlook.com and we will try to assist you in any way we can.

 

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns at this moment in time due to safety and hygiene reasons. Although we are certain you would love any of the products you choose to purchase from our site, please take care in selecting your items as we are unable to return items once purchased.

What if I receive my order and the item is incorrect/damaged?!

We make sure to double and triple check every order before it leaves our office. However, we are all human and sometimes (rarely) mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect/damaged item, we are more than happy to help out so please make sure you take photos of what has been received alongside a copy of your invoice, and forward your email to farahodishcosmetics@outlook.com so we can assist you.
